Project overview

Sadiq E-Learning Platform is a comprehensive platform for learning programming and developing skills, letting users enroll in professional and free courses guided by expert instructors across fields like web development, mobile development, design, and business. We built it using Laravel to power a robust learning management system (LMS) backend handling courses, users, payments, and certificates, Flutter for a unified mobile app running smoothly on both Android and iOS, and MySQL as the database managing courses, students, and educational content.

The challenge

The main challenge was building a complete learning ecosystem managing video-based courses, instructor search, a discussion forum, and a digital store — all within one platform consistent across web and mobile. This required a flexible database schema supporting course categorization by field and level, a multi-currency payment system (Euro, USD, Syrian Pound), a verifiable certificate validation system, and connecting the Flutter app to a unified Laravel-based API to keep data perfectly synced between web and mobile in real time.

The impact

The result is a full-featured learning platform offering professional and free courses across fields like web development, mobile development, graphic design, and business, with certificate validation and direct instructor booking through a “meeting request” feature. The platform is available in both Arabic and English, supports multi-currency payments, making it easier for students from different regions to access reliable, high-quality educational content.
